How far in advance should I book a picnic?

We recommend booking at least a week prior to your event. However, we understand that this is contingent upon availability, so we will do our best to accommodate all bookings.

Please note that picnics booked less than 72 hours in advance may not be eligible for certain add-ons depending on local partner availability.

When do I pay for my picnic?

A $50 non-refundable booking deposit is required to hold your time/date. This deposit will go towards your final payment.

Invoices must be paid in full 72 hours prior to your event.

Picnics booked 72 hours in advanced must be paid immediately upon invoice receipt.

Can I cancel or reschedule my picnic?

You may cancel up to 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund, minus a $50 booking fee. We cannot offer refunds if cancelled after the 72 hour window.

You may reschedule your event up to 72 hours in advance. Rescheduled picnics must be booked within 90 days of your original booking date. Picnics cannot be rescheduled after the 72 hour window.

Please understand that this is a strict policy in consideration of our local partners, so that they do not incur loss of product and time.

What happens if there is rain or other inclement weather?

Upon booking, we ask that you provide a back-up location in the event of inclement weather. We will monitor weather frequently and reach out on your event day with your final location.

What happens if I break or damage something during my picnic?

You are responsible for all picnic items during your reservation. In the event of damage, loss, or theft, the value of replacing, repairing, or deep cleaning, you will be appropriately invoiced to be paid upon receipt.

Where can I have my picnic?

Picnics are available at private residences such as homes, backyards, porches, and public parks. Recommendations offered upon request!

What happens if I arrive late to my picnic?

Picnics begin at the time of your reservation. However, we understand that life happens, so a ten minute grace period is provided.

What happens if I have to leave my picnic early?

If you have to leave your event early, we ask that you please give us a call immediately and stay until we can collect our items. We will be on stand-by and within a short driving distance so you will not have to wait long for our arrival. Please remember that you are responsible for all picnic items during your reservation.

Where do you set up picnics?

We are able to set up at public parks, private properties (backyards, porches, indoors), and at corporations.

Do you provide alcohol?

We are unable to provide alcohol at public spaces. However, we are able to pick up alcohol for private residences. (Select “local food pick up” when booking). Should you choose to have alcohol at your picnic, let us know and we can provide ice buckets, champagne glasses, or whatever else you need!'

Can I customize my picnic?
